How To Claim Your Sports Pass Tickets

Online through Account Manager

Agganis Arena conveniently offers an online ticket pickup system for students. Students can download their ticket through Account Manager and can only download one ticket per account each game. If you are logging into Account Manager for the first time, please use your BU email as your username and click “forgot password.”

Specific section requests and additional tickets may be picked up in person at the Agganis Arena Ticket Office. Students are allowed to bring one (1) additional BU ID with them to pick up a max of two (2) Sports Pass tickets per game. (Both BU IDs must have their Sports Pass activated.)

Agganis Arena Ticket Office

The Agganis Arena Ticket Office is located at 925 Commonwealth Ave. The Ticket Office is open Monday – Friday, 12pm – 4pm.

End zone sections 107, 108, 109, 117, 118 & 119 are unreserved student sections with the exception of each section’s first row, which are sold as season tickets. If you receive a ticket in sections 117-119, you may only sit in those sections. If you receive a ticket in sections 107-109, you may only sit in those sections.

Declined your Sports Pass, but having severe FOMO?  No problem, students who do not have an active Sports Pass can purchase event tickets or can reactivate it at the Agganis Arena Ticket Office.
