BU Men’s Hockey
With 5 national championships and a combined 40 conference regular-season and tournament titles to its credit during its 102-season history, Boston University Men’s Ice Hockey is one of the most successful programs in NCAA history.
The Terriers have qualified for the NCAA Tournament in six of the past nine seasons and continue to build on their storied history, which has also produced 31 Beanpot titles, 89 All-Americans, 93 NHL players and 4 Hobey Baker Award winners. The long list of all-time greats includes Tony Amonte, Chris Drury, Mike Eruzione, John Cullen, Kevin Shattenkirk, Jack Eichel, Charlie McAvoy, Keith Tkachuk and so many more.
In 2024-25 the Terriers will play 18 games at home, including a full Hockey East schedule that will bring longtime and recent rivals to Agganis for thrilling matchups and glimpses of future NHL talent. There are also plans for several doubleheaders with the women’s hockey program who’ll call Agganis Arena home in the fall semester as Walter Brown Arena undergoes several upgrades set to be unveiled in January 2025.
This upcoming season will be the 20th season of BU men’s hockey at Agganis Arena, and during the summer, the arena will be undergoing some exciting enhancements. On Opening Night 2024, Agganis Arena will be showcasing a new video board and brand-new audio system as well as upgrades in Terrier displays and concessions, which are all made possible due to your support of the program.
