The Agganis Arena Ticket Office can handle your ticketing needs in an effortless, easy manner.
Agganis Arena is a proud partner with Ticketmaster. Individual tickets can be purchased on the Ticketmaster website, all Ticketmaster outlets, in person at the Agganis Arena Ticket Office, or by calling Ticketmaster at 1-800-745-3000.
Location & Hours
The Agganis Arena Ticket Office is located at 925 Commonwealth Avenue and is open Monday through Friday from 12pm to 4pm.

Weekend Hours
The Ticket Office will be open on Saturday or Sunday if there is an event that day.
- Concerts & Family Shows: The Ticket Office will open at 12pm and will remain open until the headliner takes the stage.
- Terrier Athletic Events: The Ticket Office will open at noon and will remain open through the second period of hockey games and half time of basketball games.
Case Athletic Center Ticket Office
Located at 285 Babcock Street, the Case Athletic Center is the home of Walter Brown Arena and The Roof. The Case Center Ticket Office is open one hour before Terrier Athletic Basketball and Women’s Ice Hockey games.
