ONLINE TICKET MANAGEMENT

ACCOUNT MANAGER

Agganis Arena Account Manager allows you to manage your tickets on your phone or computer.  Forward, donate, exchange or re-sell your tickets.   For a full tutorial on how to use the new Account Manager click here.

MOBILE TICKETING

Use your phone as your ticket, or forward your tickets to a friend. View a full tutorial on how to best utilize this mobile option when managing your BU hockey tickets.

INDIVIDUAL GAME TICKETS

Looking for extra tickets to share the excitement of BU hockey with friends and family? Click here, log into your account, and choose ticket type “STH Ind. Game” to get your exclusive season ticket holder discount.

AWAY GAME TICKETS

Help make road games feel like home games and show your Terrier pride at away contests. The schedule will be packed with great opponents and you won’t want to miss a single one. Click here to order away game tickets. Please note Northeastern tickets may be purchased online, but method of delivery will either be will call or mail.

BEANPOT TICKETS

The first two Mondays in February always have the TD Garden rocking with New England college hockey Fans!  Help the Terriers keep the fabled Beanpot on Commonwealth Ave.  Stay tuned on ticketing info in the BU Fan Section.

POST SEASON REQUESTS

Cheer on your Terriers as they strive for their next title. Future details will be provided to request Hockey East, NCAA Regional and/or Frozen Four tournament tickets.

FORWARD YOUR TICKETS

Maximize the benefits of your season tickets by using Account Manager to forward your tickets online to friends, family, or customers. Account Manager can be conveniently accessed from your home or office computer, or even your smartphone.

It is quick, easy, and free to forward your tickets to your family, friends, and coworkers via email! Just log in to your Account Manager and select the tickets you wish to forward. Once your tickets are forwarded, the bar codes on your SeasonCARD become invalid and the new barcodes are in your friends online account. Tickets can be forwarded up to game time.

DONATE YOUR TICKETS TO NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS

The Terriers are excited to offer the option of donating your tickets to local non-profit organizations to give kids of all ages the opportunity to attend a Terrier Hockey game. All tickets donated will receive a donation acknowledgement. To donate your tickets, log in to your Account Manager and click the “Donate to Charity” button under “Manage My Tickets.” Tickets can be donated up to 12 hours before a game, in order to allow for the tickets to be distributed to our local charity partners.

RESELL YOUR TICKETS

If you can’t make a game, you can put your tickets up for sale on Account Manager.  The tickets will appear on the regular Ticketmaster.com sales page, so everyone looking to purchase tickets will see your tickets along with everything else for sale.  Hit the “Sell” icon on the game you want, choose which seats and set the price.  If sold, the payment will appear in your bank account or as a credit on your Agganis Arena account.

EXCHANGE YOUR TICKETS

If you’d like to move your season tickets from one game to another, hit the Exchange icon in Account Manager.  Seats can be exchanged in and out of any game except Boston College and Cornell.
