CMN Events and Viva Presents: Marco Antonio Solis

Don’t miss one of the most important figures in Mexican and Latin music, Marco Antonio Solís, as he returns to Agganis for the first time since 2007! Solis started performing with his brother at a young age in his first group, Los Hermanitos Solis. In the early 70s, he formed Los Bukis where over the course of the next two decades, they came to profoundly influence the music of Mexico and southwestern United States. Though Solis continued to work closely with Los Bukis, he also initiated a solo career where he went on to become a Latin Billboard chart-topper, Grammy Award winner and most recently a winner of the Billboard's Lifetime Achievement Award in 2016.
