during all Arena events. Agganis Arena has a total of four (4) passenger
elevators: two in the southeast corner of the Arena serving Lot

and northwest corners of the Arena providing access from the Arena
lobby to the Concourse Level. The southwest and northwest corner
elevators are reserved for Loge Suite and Premium Seat holders and
Guests with disabilities.

All public restrooms are equipped with accessible sinks, stalls,
and amenities. There are 15 public restrooms located throughout

in wheelchairs and one is equipped for TTY/TDD use.
Assisted Listening Devices (ALD)
Assisted Listening Devices are free of charge and available for
all events courtesy at Guest Services, located in the Northeast
section of the Arena on the Concourse Level. For security purposes,
a valid driver’s license or major credit card is required
and will be returned when the listening devices are returned to
Guest Services. A text messageing service is also available in which the announcements are sent to a handheld device for the guest to read. This service is free of charge but requires the guest to give 48 hours notice prior to event.
Sign Interpreters
Agganis Arena offers interpretive services to guests with hearing disabilities.
Any request for interpretive services must be made at least ten
days prior to an event and approved by Arena management. Due to
the preparation necessary to assure high-quality interpretation,
Guests are encouraged to provide as much advance notice as possible
to the Arena. For more details on this service, please contact the Arena Management Office.
Service Animals
Service animals that assist Guests with disabilities are welcome
into the Arena. Service animals must remain on a leash or in a harness
at all times. Please contact the Arena Ticket Office if you intend
to bring a service animal to an event so an aisle seat may be reserved
for you.
Special Assistance
Agganis Arena offers special assistance to Guests with disabilities
through Guest Services. Guests are encouraged to provide as much
advance notice as possible to the Arena prior to the start of an
event to help ensure that their request for special assistance may
be met. For further details or to arrange for special assistance,
please contact Guest Services.
