ID Requirements
Regardless of age, to purchase alcoholic beverages a guest must present a valid Massachusetts driver’s license, valid Massachusetts ID Card showing age over 21, Massachusetts liquor ID, passport, or military ID, which indicates the guest to be a least 21 years of age. (Duplicate licenses, expired licenses, damaged licenses, and driver’s licenses that do not have photos will not be accepted.) Out-of-state licenses are acceptable only if the guest is at least 25 years of age and another form of identification (e.g., credit card) will be required if the guest is between 25 and 30 years of age. Any guest who presents false or fake identification in order to obtain alcohol or who passes alcohol to a minor may be subject to eviction and arrest.

Possession
Any guest in the possession of an alcoholic beverage on the premises may be requested to produce identification, which must satisfy the foregoing requirements. Failure to produce such identification will result in confiscation of the alcoholic beverage.

Service
We reserve the right not to sell alcohol or to discontinue the sale of alcohol at any time. We will reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to decline to serve an alcoholic beverage to any guest. Any guest in the possession of alcoholic beverages not obtained on premises will be subject to eviction. For events open to the general public, non-alcoholic beverages that are served as alternatives to alcoholic beverages (e.g., non-alcoholic brews, non-alcoholic sparkling wines) will not be sold to guests under the age of 21. Additional restrictions upon the service of alcoholic beverage sales may be implemented without notice.
